NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING ON A PETITION FOR VOLUNTARY ANNEXATION Notice is hereby given that the Common Council of Warsaw, Indiana, will hold a public hearing on a Petition for Voluntary Annexation. The hearing will be held on the 19th day of April 2010, at 7:00 p.m. at the Council Chambers in the City Hall, 302 East Market Street, Warsaw, Indiana. Survey ordered by: Nancy Miner 3679 North State Road #15 Warsaw, Indiana 46582 Owner of Record: Symmetry Medical Type of Survey: Boundary and retracement Purpose of Survey: Create a new parcel BASIS OR BEARINGS: The basis of bearings for this survey is North 00 degree 55 minutes 00 seconds West per the James A. and Nancy A. Miner's property in a Corporate Warranty Deed and recorded in Instrument Number 200600006387 in the Office of the Recorder of Kosciusko County, Indiana. SURVEYOR'S REPORT: This survey is a combination of a retractment survey and a new survey for additional ground. When we surveyed the existing property we found differences on the lines of commencing. The distance in the second call measured 2.11 feet longer and the third distance call measured 141.47 feet long. I don't know why there is such a large difference on the third call along the Easterly right-of-way line of State Road No. 15. We also found that an Indiana concrete right-of-way marker that I thought should be at the point of curve is not. It falls about 20 feet further to the Northwest. We found iron rods (origin unknown) at the Southwest and Southeast corners of the original parcel and that is what we held on this survey and on a previous survey by us (Job No. 092100-W00688) dated October 18, 2000. We used these corners to extend the Southerly line to the Northeast 150.00 feet where we set a 5/8 inch diameter rebar with a "REW FIRM 0076" cap. We then created the Easterly line of the new parcel parallel with the Easterly line of the original tract which calculated out to be a little over an Acre. PLATS, NOTES, DEEDS AND WITNESSES: The following previous surveys and plats were referenced. -A Richard E Ward survey dated October 3, 2000 (Job Number 092100-W00688 R). -A deed for James A. and Nancy A. Miner in a Corporate Warranty Deed recorded in Instrument Number 200600006387. Written suggestions or objections to the provisions of said annexation may be filed with the Building and Planning Department before such hearing and will be heard by the Common Council at the time and place specified. Said hearing may be continued from time to time as may be necessary. Interested persons desiring to present their views upon the proposed annexation, either in writing or verbally, will be given the opportunity to be heard at the above mentioned time and place.
