HUNTINGTON – Annette Gray, 71, of Silver Lake, and formerly of Huntington, died at 1:57 p.m. Oct.5, 2012, in her residence.
She was born April 21, 1941, in Port Leyden, N.Y., to Howard Stanley and Eleanor Marie Barber. On June 24, 1967, she married Dennis Gray, who survives.
She was a 1959 graduate of Port Leyden High School and attended Mohawk Community College, Utica, N.Y., for two years. She was a member of St. Mary Catholic Church. She was an accounts payable clerk for Erie Department Store for 20 years and for 23 years at Pathfinders Services.
Also surviving are a son, Christopher (and spouse Janet) Gray, Warsaw; a daughter, Angela (and spouse Jed) Stout, Markle; a brother, Daniel (and spouse Joy) Barber, Tenn.; three sisters: Charlotte VanZandt, Lowville, N.Y.; Patricia Fox, Greig, N.Y.; and Catherine (and spouse Kent) Heaton, Grass Valley, Calif.; and six grandchildren.
Services will be at 7 p.m. Wednesday at McElhaney-Hart Funeral Home, Huntington, with the Rev. Rich VanOsdol officiating. A private burial will be at a later date.
