Anna Marquart, 83, of Winona Lake, died at 11:10 p.m. April 11, 2012, at Grace Village Retirement Community, Winona Lake.
She was born April 15, 1928, in Johnstown, Pa., to Samuel and Mary Stolubs Yacenich. On May 17, 1975, she married David Seth Marquart, who died Dec. 7, 1985.
She did clerical work at DePuy Co., Warsaw, and was a member of Winona Lake Grace Brethren Church. She enjoyed knitting and crocheting. She and her husband adored their grandchildren, always having lots of cookies and gifts to pass around.
Surviving are three stepsons: David S. (and spouse Virginia) Marquart, Spring Arbor, Mich.; Mark (and spouse Twila) Marquart, Auburn; and Eugene Marquart, Harrodsburg, Ky; a brother, John W. Yacenich, Cincinnati, Ohio; and five grandchildren. She also was preceded in death by her parents and a sister-in-law, Georgia Yacenich, who died June 7, 2011.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Titus Funeral Home, Warsaw, officiated by Pastor Bruce Barlow of Winona Lake Grace Brethren Church. Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
