Ann M. BaysAnna M. Bays, age 87, of Winona Lake, Ind., passed away Thursday, Sept. 5, 2019, at 1:20 p.m. in Kosciusko Community Hospital.  

She was born May 22, 1932, in Prestonsburg, Ky., to Amos and Annie Reffit Marsillett.

Anna lived most of her life in the Kosciusko County area. She was united in marriage to Turner Bays on Oct. 6, 1968, in Pierceton; she was previously married and preceded in death by her former husband, Elmon Honeycutt. She was a member of the Pentecostal Lighthouse Church, Warsaw. During her life Anna loved to crochet, garden, cook and can fresh garden goods. She loved being with her family especially the grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

She is survived by her son, Wayne Honeycutt. of Mesa, Ariz.; daughter, Rose (Tracy) Green, of South Whitley; sister, Nancy Hile, of Warsaw; grandchildren, Melanie Barrett, Corey Green, Christy Green, Holly Green, and numerous other grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces and nephews.  

She was preceded in death by her son, Jeff Honeycutt; three brothers; and seven sisters.

Visitation will be held on Monday, Sept. 9, 2019, from 4 to 7 p.m. in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, Sept. 10 at 11 a.m. in McHatton-Sadler Funeral Chapel, Warsaw. Pastor Glen Hughes will officiate the service. Interment will be in Hillcrest Cemetery, Pierceton.
