The Salvation Army “Angel Tree” still has many tags for children not shopped for according to Ken Locke, community ministries coordinator.
Each tag contains information on a child from a family in need in Kosciusko County. The tree is located in the front entryway of K-Mart, 3350 E. U.S. 30, Warsaw. The Salvation Army is helping more than 800 children this year through Angel Tree.
“K-Mart has been a great partner with us, but we have an unusual amount of tags left for children to be helped,” according to Locke.
The deadline for collection is Saturday for the tree at K-Mart. This is the 23rd year for Angel Tree in Kosciusko County.
