Posted

The Anchorage Road reconstruction project will move to the next phase of work beginning Monday, June 29.
The next segment to close from the east side of Kimal Drive to U.S. 30.
All business access will be from Ind. 15, according to a news release from the city of Warsaw.
Residents in the closed area will have access to their homes at all times from the west (Ind. 15).
Trash and recycling routes will remain on their normal scheduled days. Trash pickup may occur earlier than normal, so all cans should be placed at the curb no later than 7 a.m. on trash and recycle pick-up days.
Unless visiting a business or residence on Anchorage Road, all motorists should use Ind. 15 and U.S. 30 to detour the closure.
Sunset Drive will reopen to traffic.
The Anchorage Road reconstruction project will rebuild the utility and road infrastructure in the area and add sidewalks to improve safety in the area. The project is anticipated to conclude in late fall, the release states.
