CHRISTEN  M. GREIDER Respondent

    COMES NOW the Petitioner, Rachel M. Greider, by counsel, Angelica N. Fuelling, and files her Amended Verified Petition for Grandparent Visitation  and in support thereof states as follows:

    1. The Petitioner, Rachel M. Greider, is the maternal grandmother of Carter R. Greider  (hereinafter "Child") and resides at 2603 Bellevue Drive, Fort Wayne, IN 46825.

    2.    The Respondent,  Christen M.  Greider  (hereinafter "Mother"), the biological mother and custodial parent of the Child,  and resides at 1406 Bethany  Lane,  Fort Wayne, IN 46825.

    3.    Jacob Cochran, biological  father of Child,  resides at 216 S. Bronson Street, Warsaw, IN 46580.

    4.    The Child, born August 25, 2010, was born out of wedlock and resides at with Mother at 1406 Bethany  Lane,  Fort  Wayne, IN 46825.

    5.    Indiana Code  31-17-5-1 allows a child's grandparent to seek visitation rights if the child is born out of wedlock.

    6.    That it is in the best interests of the Child  that Petitioner have Court ordered reasonable Visitation is with him.

    7. That your Petitioner has had significant and meaningful contact, with the Child which had been significant and continuing.

    8. That your Petitioner seeks reasonable grandparent visitation with  the Child and prays that she is awarded  reasonable visitation rights by the Court.

    WHEREFORE,  the Petitioner, by counsel, respectfully requests the Court grant the immediate request request for grandparent visitation as such is in the best interests of the minor child, and for all relief just and proper in the premises.
