Amelia R. ‘Millie’?Helton NORTH MANCHESTER – Amelia R. “Millie” Helton, 85, Marion, formerly of Akron and Silver Lake, died Dec. 28, 2022, at Wesleyan Health Care Center in Marion.
She was born Aug. 26, 1937, in Fort Wayne, Indiana, to Harold and Fonderine Moore Butler.
On Feb. 18, 1977, Millie married Grady Helton. Grady died Aug. 8, 1998.
Family and friends may call Tuesday, Jan. 3 from 10 a.m. to noon at McKee Mortuary, North Manchester. Funeral services will begin at the conclusion of calling with Pastor J.P. Freeman officiating. Burial will be held at Graceland Cemetery, Claypool.
