Amado Rodriguez Juarez, 71, Warsaw, passed away at 7:20 p.m. May 10, 2014, in Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne.
He was born Feb. 6, 1943, in Buenos Aires, Municipio de Apaseo el Alton, Guanajuato, Mexico, to Valentin and Petronila Juarez Rodriguez. In 1963 he married maria Altagracia Cervantes Vega, who survives in Warsaw.
He was a farmer in Mexico prior to moving to Indiana. He attended Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Warsaw.
Surviving are five sons: Joel (and spouse Yolanda), Amado (and spouse Rebeca), Efrain (and spouse Veronica), Ramiro (and spouse Ofelia) and Arturo Rodriguez, all of Warsaw; two daughters: Estela (and spouse Jose) Mendoza, Warsaw, and Yeni Rodriguez, Leesburg; 13 grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents.
Services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church, 225 Gilliam Drive, Warsaw, with Father Constantino Rocha officiating. Burial is in Oakwood Cemetery, Warsaw.
Calling is from 2 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and from 9 to 10:45 a.m. Thursday at Redpath-Fruth Funeral Home, Argonne Road, Warsaw. A rosary service will be at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
