PIERCETON – Alliance Comfort Solutions recently entered an agreement to purchase property and equipment owned by Wayne Ginter and Ginter Electric Service. Pierceton-based Alliance is owned by Dave and Sally Reuter. They noted in the announcement that Ginter Electric and the Ginter family have served the Warsaw area with electrical, heating and cooling services since 1950. “It is most important to Mr. Ginter that his customers receive continued service and care with honesty and integrity,” Dave Reuter said in the release. Dave Reuter had worked for Ginter for more than seven years and said Ginter was responsible for much of his early training in the HVAC and electrical trades. Ginter wants Reuter to honor Ginter Electric Service's business product and labor warranties for his customers and provide all scheduled seasonal services in the same professional manor as the Ginter Family has done for over 63 years, Reuter said in the release, noting that “Alliance Comfort Solutions is very happy and qualified to do so.” Dave Reuter has worked in the HVAC field since 1984 and has owned and operated Alliance Comfort Solutions in Pierceton since 2004. Specializing in heating and air conditioning, Alliance also designs and fabricates all ducting and custom metal up to 16 gauge steel in-house. Alliance’s current customers range from residential homes and multifamily residences, to small and large churches, local schools, restaurants, and commercial heating, cooling and ventilation projects. Alliance plans to move operations to 1001 E. Winona Ave., Warsaw, according to the release.
