SYRACUSE - Alison Frances Morgan Kline, 27, beloved wife of Marine Corps Capt. Thomas Kline and daughter of David Morgan and Gladys Gossett Looney, passed away Aug. 5, 2008.
She graduated from Wawasee High School in 1999 and attended Purdue University, where she studied elementary education. She lived in Beaufort, S.C., before returning to Indiana in April.
Alison's fight against neuroendocrine cancer lasted more than two years, and she passed peacefully while surrounded by those who love her. She inspired and comforted countless people through her online journal "To The Moon," at mrsladystaroftheseabreezes.blogspot.com
Survivors include her siblings, Brian Morgan, Kimberly Shanahan, Michael Morgan, Heather Schwarz and Rene Morgan.
Services will be at noon Saturday at the Center Christian Church, Knightstown.
A celebration of Alison's life will be held today from 2 to 4 p.m. and 6 to 8 p.m. at Mishler-Eastlund Funeral Home, Harris Chapel, Syracuse, with calling at 11 a.m. Saturday at the church.
