NORTH MANCHESTER - Alice A. Finch, 61, of North Manchester, died at 8:45 a.m. March 7, 2009, in Peabody Healthcare Center, North Manchester.
She was born Sept. 19, 1947, in Bluffton, to Merlin Wayne and Blanche L. Lanter Estep, who survive in North Manchester.
She was a homemaker, and prior to her illness she worked at United Telephone Co, Warsaw. She was a member of St. Roberts Catholic Church, North Manchester, Women of the Moose and Eagles Lodge. She graduated from Wabash High School in 1965 and was a foster parent.
Also surviving are a son, James Finch, Akron; a daughter, Terena Finch, Tampa, Fla.; three brothers, Steve (and spouse Debbie) Estep and Kevin Estep, all of Wabash, and John (and spouse Mary) Estep, Martinsville, Va.; and five grandchildren.
A graveside service will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Pleasant Hill Cemetery, with Pastor J.P. Freeman officiating.
No calling is planned.
