MENTONE — Alexzander Charles Long went home to be with the Lord at 8:50 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 1, 2017, at Lutheran Hospital, Fort Wayne, shortly after his birth.
His parents, Bradley and Hillary Long, survive in Milford.
Also surviving are a brother, Austin Scott Lee Schroll; a sister, Anastasia Elizabeth Schroll; paternal grandparents, Gary and Kimberly Long, Etna Green; maternal grandparents, Jimmy R. and Coleen March, Battle Creek, Mich., and Sherry Lynn and Thomas Meredith, Homer, Mich.; maternal aunts and uncles: Fawn Marie March, Battle Creek; Jimmy R. March II, Battle Creek; Catherine Mae Meredith, Homer; and Shawn Allan Meredith, Homer; and paternal aunts and uncles: Ben and Emily Long, Tippecanoe; Gary Long Jr., Etna Green; Cassie and Jon Blaker, Elkhart; Kayla and Mike Farner, Goshen.
A graveside service will be at 11 a.m. Friday, Aug. 18, at Harrison Center (Wooden) Cemetery, Etna Green. Pastor Mark Burritt will officiate.
Arrangements are entrusted to King Memorial Home, Mentone.
