COLUMBIA CITY - Alexis Raegan Avila, 3, of Pierceton, died at 1:32 p.m. April 11, 2008, in Kosciusko Community Hospital.
She was born Jan. 8, 2005, in Fort Wayne, to Troy E. and Paulette R. Fisher Avila, who survive.
She moved with her family to Pierceton from Wolcottville in July 2007.
Also surviving are two sisters, Danielle and Madison Avila, both of Pierceton; grandparents, Ray Fisher, Pierceton; Tammie Wrisk, Columbia City; Joe Avila, Fort Wayne; and Loretta Avila, Ligonier; and great-grandparents, Gerald Hites, Kenton, Ohio, and Jeraldine Woods, Yoder.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at DeMoney-Grimes Countryside Park Funeral Home, Columbia City, with Pastor J.P. Freeman officiating. Burial will be in South Whitley Cemetery.
