The Indiana Alcohol & Tobacco Commission will hold an alcoholic beverage permit auction at 2 p.m. Friday, Dec. 11, 2026.
The auction will be conducted in-person in the Indiana Government Center South Building, 1st Floor, Conference Room B at 302 W. Washington St., Indianapolis. The deadline for submitting pre-bid applications is Wednesday, Nov. 25, 2026.

Fully and properly completed pre-bid applications will be due no later than Wednesday, Nov. 25, 2026. Any applications received after that date will not be accepted, unless they have a Nov. 25, 2026, post mark date. In-person submission of pre-bid applications at the Indiana Alcohol & Tobacco Commission is the most assured way to confirm they have been completed properly and accepted.
