Four license transfers and seven renewals – two with violation – were approved during the Kosciusko County Alcoholic Beverage Board meeting Thursday. Transfers were made for Frog Tavern and SS Lillypad in Syracuse, under new owner Doug Shoemaker; The Claypool Inn, with new owner Danny Warner; and Rozella Ford Golf Club and Lounge, owner Jeff Johnson. Licenses were renewed for two businesses that had received violations for sale to a minor, Pierceton Discount Package Store and Mad Anthony Lake City Taphouse, Warsaw. Renewed without violations were Cerulean, Winona Lake; Cockrill Enterprises Inc., Milford; Raccoon Run Golf Course, Warsaw; Wyndham Garden, Warsaw; and Time Out Inn, Warsaw.
