Alcohol Board Approves Petitions

Kosciusko County's Alcoholic Beverage Commission met Thursday and approved the following petitions:

4 Hook-SuperX Inc., doing business as Revco #3471, 1007 N. Warren St., Warsaw; liquor, beer and wine dealer's permit renewal;

4 Hook SuperX Inc., doing business as Revco #3462, 100 N. Detroit St., Warsaw, withdrew its petition for a transfer of location for a liquor, beer and wine dealer's permit because it is within 200 feet of a church;

4 Lakeland Golfer Association Inc., doing business as Rozella Ford Golf Club, 1700 Rozella Road, Warsaw, liquor, beer and wine club permit renewal and Sunday sales renewal;

4 Focus Partnership I, doing business as the Comfort Inn, 2605 E. Center St., Warsaw, liquor, beer and wine hotel permit renewal;

4 Eyer's Enterprises Inc., doing business as RC's Pier, 104 E. Pickwick Drive, Syracuse, liquor, beer and wine retailer's permit renewal and Sunday sales renewal;

4 Mi-Dar Inc., doing business as Sleepy Owl, 11374 Ind. 13N, Syracuse, liquor, beer and wine retailer's permit renewal and Sunday sales renewal, and transfer of stock;

4 Shaffner & Shaffner Enterprises, doing business as ViewPoint Restaurant, 935 N. Detroit St., Warsaw, liquor, beer and wine retailer's permit renewal and Sunday sales renewal;

4 Channel Enterprises, doing business as The Barbee Landing, 3687 N. Barbee Road, Warsaw, liquor, beer and wine retailer's permit renewal and Sunday sales renewal.

The ABC meets at 1 p.m. the first Thursday of each month in the courthouse.
