LEGAL NOTICE OF PUBLICATION On October 15, 2009, the Indiana Alcohol and Tobacco Commission will hold a public auction of the following alcoholic beverage permits available in Kosciusko County. A list of permits available in other counties can be found on the website listed below. The auction will be held at the Indiana Government Center South, Conference Center, Room C, 302 W. Washington, Indianapolis, IN, beginning at 11:00 a.m. (Indianapolis, Time). Interested bidders must submit pre-qualified applications to the Indiana Alcohol & Tobacco Commission, on or before September 30, 2009.
