NORTH MANCHESTER – Adolph C. Kubon Jr., 78, of North Manchester, died at 3:07 p.m. May 31, 2012, in Parkview Regional Medical Center, Fort Wayne.
He was born Oct. 20, 1933, in Chicago, Ill., to Adolph J. and Mary Pokrzywa Kubon.
He was an electrical design engineer at Custom Magnetics Inc., North Manchester, from 1976-98. He was a U.S. Army veteran and a member of the Catholic faith. He graduated from IIT, Chicago, with a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering. He was a member of Moose Lodge 1518 and a life member of Sycamore Golf Club, both in North Manchester.
Surviving are two sisters, Irene Donnawell and Helen (and spouse Marcus) Beckler, all of Chicago.
A memorial calling will be from 4:30 to 7:30 p.m. Monday at the Moose Lodge 1518, North Manchester.
