NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers Etna Green, Kosciusko County, Indiana, that the proper legal officer of Etna Green at their regular meeting place at Town Hall, at 7 o'clock pm on the 12th day of September, 2008, will consider the following additional appropriations in excess of the budget for the current year. FUND NAME: AMOUNT General Fund - River Boat Revenue Major Budget Classification $4159 TOTAL FOR EDIT FUND: $4159 Taxpayers appearing at the meeting shall have the right to be heard. The additional appropriations as finally determined will be referred to the Department of Local Government Finance (DLGF). The DLGF will make a written determination as to the sufficiency of funds to support the appropriations made within fifteen (15) days of receipt of a certified copy of the action taken.
