NOTICE TO TAXPAYERS OF PROPOSED ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS Notice is hereby given to the taxpayers of the Civil City of Nappanee, Indiana, Elkhart County and Kosciusko County, Indiana, that the proper legal officers of said municipality at their regular meeting place at 7:00 o'clock PM, on the 15th day of December, 2008, will consider the following additional appropriations which said officers consider necessary to meet the extraordinary emergency existing at this time. P&R NON-REVERTING DAY CAMP FUND 1 Personal Services 111 Camp Leaders $700.00 and AVIATION ROTARY FUND 2 Other Supplies 221 Aviation Fuel $18,000.00 The meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at the Nappanee Municipal Center, 300 West Lincoln Street, Nappanee, Indiana. Taxpayers appearing at such meeting shall have the right to be heard thereon.
