ROCKFORD, Ill. - Adam R. "Bob" Todd, 95, of Rockford, Ill., died Jan. 13, 2009, in St. Anne Center.
He was born Sept. 15, 1913, in Oak Park, Ill., to Adam and Laura L. Alguire Todd. On Aug. 21, 1937, he married Ruth Peterson, who survives.
Also surviving are a son; a daughter, Judy Reneker (and spouse Bill) Burd, Warsaw; seven grandchildren; 20 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild. He was preceded in death by two brothers and two sisters.
Services will be at 1 p.m. Saturday at 2nd Congregational Church, Rockford, with Pastor Mike Solberg officiating. Burial will be in Arlington Memorial Park.
Calling is from 5 to 7 p.m. Friday and from noon to 12:45 p.m. Saturday at the church.
Fitzgerald Funeral Home, Rockford, is in charge of arrangements.
