Kosciusko County Alcoholic Beverage Commission approved a beer, wine and liquor license renewal for El Arriero Thursday after owner Ezequiel Agirre showed up to answer questions about a Feb. 20, 2007, violation at the restaurant.
Excise officer April Tackett said the restaurant was cited for having one employee without a permit to serve alcohol.Agirre told the board the employee's license had expired before the excise inspection and that the employee stopped serving alcohol when he realized his license was expired.
