Once construction is complete, The Old Depot, 115 E. Market St., Pierceton, will have a three-way liquor license.
Owners Pat Knott and Tim May presented blueprints and answered questions from board members Thursday afternoon. Board President Gordon Vanator asked what the seating capacity was.
Knott said the business is going to serve as a restaurant, bar and banquet hall.
The Old Depot, according to Knott and May, will cater to antique crowds that come into Pierceton on the weekends.
The commission also renewed the licenses of Service Liquors, 108 S. Lake St., Warsaw; Cerulean, 1101 E. Canal St., Winona Lake; and Raccoon Run, 2085 E. Pierceton Road, Winona Lake. All three businesses were without violations.
