Harrigan's Irish Pub's beer, wine and liquor retailer permit renewal was continued Thursday to April's Kosciusko County Alcoholic Beverage Commission meeting.
The pub was cited for two minor violations in January and the ABC wants the petitioners to be present when they hear the renewal. The two minor violations were for having no food service and no federal tax stamp.
In other business, the ABC approved renewals for:
• Sleepy Owl, Syracuse - beer, wine and liquor and Sunday sales retailer permits.
• Barbee Landing, Warsaw - beer, wine and liquor and Sunday sales retailer permits.
• Marsh Supermarkets, Warsaw - beer and wine dealer permit.
• Dewart Lake Inn, Syracuse - beer, wine and liquor and Sunday sales retailer permits.
• American Legion Post 258, Pierceton - beer, wine and liquor and Sunday sales retailer permits.
• The Great Wall, Warsaw - beer and wine and Sunday sales retailer permits.
• Stacy's Sports Inn, Leesburg - beer, wine and liquor retailer permit.
• RC's Pier, Syracuse - beer, wine and liquor and Sunday sales retailer permit transfers, as well as renewals for both permits.
• Leesburg Liquors, Leesburg - beer, wine and liquor dealer permit.
ABC members include president Darwin Call, Gordon Vanator and Ken Johnson. Excise officer at Thursday's meeting was Heather Cleveland.
