It was one of the Kosciusko County Alcoholic Beverage Commission's quicker meetings and everyone went home happy.
Priority was given to several transfers of ownership of alcohol permits.
C.C. Rider Inc., Syracuse, was given approval by the ABC to take ownership of the beer, wine and liquor and Sunday sales retailer permits from Kale Island Beacon Inc., Syracuse. The business is The Beacon Restaurant, North Kings Drive, Syracuse.
John Moran, corporation president, told the board they are doing some remodeling but there is no change in the floor plan.
Prior to the transfer being approved, the renewal permits were approved for The Beacon Restaurant.
