Kosciusko County American Bikers Aimed Toward Education collected $6,316 at its annual Toys For Tots drive at Eagles Area 1339, plus toys that were donated.
ABATE sold raffle tickets and took donations at the door. ABATE County Rep. Ty Marshall said the money was used to purchase about 1,500 toys.
Thursday night, ABATE dropped off the toys to Combined Community Services for CCS’s toy giveaway. This year marks the 23rd year for the event, Marshall said, and thanked the community for its generous support.
"Each year it grows," he said.
