ORDINANCE NO. 2009-09-06 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING THE WARSAW CITY CODE. The Common Council of the City of Warsaw, at a duly called meeting on the 8th day of Sept., 2009 adopted the following: The City of Warsaw Sec. 54-113 is amended to read as follows: Chapter 54, Sec. 54-113 Enforcement and Penalties A person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be punishable by way of a fine; the fine for a first offense will be $250.00; the fine for a second offense will be $500.00; and the fine for a third or subsequent offense will be not less than $750.00 nor more than $2500.00 The City Code of Warsaw is further amended by adding Sec. 54-66 Hunting within the Corporate Boundaries as follows: It shall be unlawful to hunt wild game or other wild animals with a firearm or a bow and arrow within the corporate limits of the City of Warsaw except as those activities are permitted under Sec. 54-64 of the Warsaw City Code. Hunting is defined as the chasing or searching for game or other wild animals for the purpose of catching or killing with a firearm or bow and arrow.
