A Warsaw resident, Bob M. Brown, 79, has been arrested for sexual battery. Brown had been sexually harrissing a woman since last summer, according to police. The woman came to the Warsaw Police Department on June 19 to report the offense. According to the affidavit of probable cause, Brown had touched her breasts and smacked her buttocks. The woman said that Brown offered her money to have sexual intercourse with him. Brown admitted to police that he liked the woman’s body and that he did offer her money for sex.
