Five people were injured in a two-car collision at 6:37 p.m. Saturday at the intersection of U.S. 30E and CR 200N.
Glenda Martinez, 30, of East Smith Street, Milford, was transferred from Kosciusko Community Hospital to Parkview Hospital, Fort Wayne, where she is listed in serious condition today at Parkview Hospital, Milford, according to a hospital spokesman. She suffered internal abdominal injuries.
Jennifer M. Martinez, three months, East Smith Street, Milford, suffered abdominal/pelvic bruising. Joel Martinez, 38, East Smith Street, Milford, and Everett C. Acker, 56, New Port, Minn., both had bruising to the back. All three were treated and released at KCH.
Gloria J. Acker, 51, New Port, Minn., complained of pain to her lower arm but refused medical attention.
According to a Warsaw Police Department report, Gloria J. Acker drove her car through a red light at the intersection, colliding with the car driven by Joel Martinez.
Each vehicle sustained $5,000 to $10,000 in damages.
