Police arrested three men for dealing cocaine and another one for manufacturing methamphetamine Thursday evening.

Kosciusko County Drug Task Force officers made three previous separate purchases of cocaine, which resulted in a search warrant being executed at 918 E. Winona Avenue, Warsaw, at 6:30 p.m.

Arrested at the scene and booked into Kosciusko County Jail were: Eliseo Romero Gonzalez, 35, of 918 E. Winona Avenue, charged with felony dealing cocaine; Julio Millan Francisco, 32, of 918 E. Winona Ave., charged with felony dealing cocaine and neglect of a dependent; and Luis Enrique Ruvalcaba, 25, of 918 E. Winona Ave., charged with felony dealing cocaine and neglect of a dependent.

The men's bonds were set at $20,000 each.

Officers also located three children at the residence, ages 2, 4 and 6. The children were found locked in a totally dark room, with no television or source of light.

Child Protective Services was contacted and removed the children from the residence.

Officers stated more arrests are expected from this investigation.

The other arrest occurred at 5:25 p.m. when drug task force officers received an anonymous tip of an active methamphetamine lab at lot 43 of the Hide Away Hills Mobile Home Park, 2441 CR 250S, Warsaw.

Kosciusko County Sheriff's Dept. Sgt. Rick Shepherd arrived at the location and immediately noticed the strong odor associated with the production of methamphetamine coming from an outside shed at the lot.

Shepherd took Michael Steven Harris, 46, into custody. He was charged with felony manufacturing methamphetamine, and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail on a $10,000 bond.

Drug task force officers and Indiana State Police Clandestine Lab Team members secured and dismantled two active meth labs in production.
