He also was charged with resisting or fleeing law enforcement and was booked into the Kosciusko County Jail. He was later released after posting $350 bond.

Three people also were arrested for illegal possession or consumption of alcohol by a minor. Hector Ahuatl, 20, of 3699 N. CR 175E #50, Warsaw; Raul Saucedo Garcia, 20, of 1012 E. Winona Ave., Winona Lake; and Fernando Santos Hinojo, 19, of Middlebury, each posted a $250 bond and all three were released from the KCJ.

Charges also are pending against the owners of the business for dispensing alcohol without a license and for contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

A large quantity of bottled beer was confiscated from the business and the owners were warned against continuing to serve alcohol at the business.

Indiana Excise Police also are involved in the investigation, which is ongoing.
