Posted
Kosciusko and Whitley County Sheriff’s Departments are asking for the public’s help in identifying three Wabash County men who are wanted on charges of home improvement fraud.
Officers are attempting to locate two men from the Disko community – located on Ind. 114 at the Fulton and Wabash county line. The suspects are wanted on felony and misdemeanor warrants connected to allegations of home improvement fraud.
Warrants have been issued for Bobby J. Allison, 22, and his brother, Elvis A. Allison, 26, both of Silver Lake. The brothers are reportedly notorious for a variety of residential home improvement frauds in both Kosciusko and Whitley counties.
Another relative, Tyson Allison, 29, is also sought following an alleged scam that occurred Friday near Silver Lake.
Officers advise that Tyson was last seen driving a white Dodge Ram pickup truck with possible Montana plates. Tyson also has an active warrant for arrest in Grant County.
Residents are being asked to contact the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Department at 574-267-5667 or the Whitley County Sheriff’s Department at 260-244-6410 with any information regarding these three individuals. Residents are also being advised not to do any business with them and rather call their local law enforcement agency.
