Three vehicles and a home were damaged early Friday morning in a fire police are investigating.
Around 3:33 a.m. Friday, officers were called to a residence on EMS B56 Lane, Warsaw, where a car was on fire. When officers arrived at the residence, they found three vehicles on fire in front of the residence.
The owner of the residence told police he was sleeping when he heard a car horn honking, looked out his window, and saw a car on fire. After waking two friends in his house, he ran to a neighbor's house to call the fire department.
A different neighbor told police she woke up around 2:30 a.m. because her dog was barking. When she looked out her window, she said she saw an unfamiliar black Ford Mustang driving north on EMS B56 Lane.
In all, three vehicles were damaged: a 2003 Chevrolet Impala, a 1993 Cadillac and a 1987 Ford Bronco. The residence at 19 EMS B56 Lane also sustained some damage in the incident.
The incident remains under investigation by the Kosciusko County Police Department.
