3 Hurt When Vehicle Hits PoleThree Warsaw men were injured early Thursday morning after the vehicle they were in hit a pole.

According to information provided by the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office, Mario Briseno, 33; Zachary Dustin, 31; and Eric Rodriguez-Flores, 30, were transported to Fort Wayne hospitals for “treatment of their non-life-threatening issues.”

The accident occurred at 1:23 a.m. Thursday in the 3600 block of East Armstrong Road in Plain Township. Emergency crews were dispatched to the single-vehicle collision involving a 2002 Chevrolet Traverse, east of Oswego.

While entering a curve, the eastbound Traverse left the south side of the road and hit a utility pole, according to the KCSO information.

Responding agencies included the KCSO, Lutheran EMS, Plain Township Fire Department and the Tippecanoe Township Fire Territory.
