3 Arrested By NET 43 TuesdayNET 43 arrested three Kosciusko County residents late Tuesday night after an investigation into drug activity.

David Charles Reed, 47, Syracuse, faces charges of possession of methamphetamine, dealing in a controlled substance, possession of a firearm by a serious violent felon, possession of  a hypodermic syringe or needle, possession of marijuana, possession of paraphernalia and maintaining a common nuisance.

Anthony Wayne Pollard Jr., 54, Pierceton, was arrested for false informing and visiting a common nuisance.

Kandice Ranae Ferguson, 18, Syracuse, is facing charges of possession of methamphetamine, maintaining a common nuisance, possession of marijuana and possession of paraphernalia. She is Reed’s daughter, according to a news release from the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office.

An extensive NET 43 investigation – based upon numerous reports of alleged narcotics activity occurring at 9811 N. Majestic Way, on the south side of Lake Wawasee in Turkey Creek Township – culminated in the execution of the search warrant at 11:52 p.m. Tuesday.

Shortly before midnight, Kosciusko County SWAT raided Reed’s residence, the news release states. Three of the four subjects located within the home were taken into custody and are incarcerated in the Kosciusko County Jail. Investigators located narcotics, numerous paraphernalia related items, firearms and cash within the confines of the property.

Additional personnel from the KCSO, Pierceton and Syracuse Police Departments, the Kosciusko County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office and Lutheran EMS assisted with the incident.
