A 20-year-old Warsaw woman reported being raped in her own bed about 3:30 a.m. Sunday.

According to a Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department report, an officer was called to an area mobile home park early Sunday for an unknown reason. Upon arrival, approximately nine people were standing outside one of the residences.

No one present spoke English, but a neighbor was able to translate for police.

Through the translator, the officer was told that two males, who were 28 and 21 years old, had allegedly raped the 20-year-old woman.

The victim advised that she and her husband and two children were asleep in the same room. She woke up with someone on top of her, having sex. At first, she thought it was her husband but it wasn't. She yelled for her husband to wake up.

The victim was able to get up and wake her husband after the two men left.

When asked why the two men were there, the victim said they were friends of her husband and all three of the men had been drinking together earlier. She went to bed early.

The officer asked for the suspects' identification. One suspect denied having any, but his identification was found in a bush near where he was standing.

The same suspect was arrested for public indecency after allegedly urinating in the front yard while the crowd and the officer were present.

No charges were brought against the second suspect.

The victim was taken to Kosciusko Community Hospital for a sexual assault test and examination.

While at KCH, a victim's assistant was called and the victim gave a statement to the officer.

The matter remains under investigation.
