WABASH – The Honeywell Center in Wabash has announced sold-out shows for the upcoming George Jones and Mark Lowry performances.
The Jones concert, welcomed by WWKI and sponsored by Yellowbook 360, takes place Friday and will highlight Jones’ talent, which has led to more charted singles than any other artists in the history of popular music. His concert will include hits like “He Stopped Loving Her Today,” that not only went on to win several prestigious awards, but was also credited in saving his career.“Mark Lowry: Unplugged and Unplanned,” welcomed by WBCL and sponsored by North Central Co-op with associate sponsor The Potter’s House of Marion, will take the stage Feb. 25.  Lowry, member of the Gaither Vocal Band, brings his solo tour and special brand of music and comedy, mixed with stories of his life, to the stage with pianist Stan Whitmire.
