Two Warsaw men believed to be large suppliers of cocaine in the Kosciusko County area were arrested for allegedly selling cocaine to undercover Kosciusko County Drug Task Force officers Thursday evening.
Daniel Romero Escobar, 30, and Juan Jose Valdez, 24, both of 340 E. Levi Lee Road, Warsaw, were booked into the Kosciusko County Jail Thursday evening on charges of dealing cocaine, a Class A felony. They are both being held on $20,000 surety bonds.
Around 8:05 p.m. Thursday, undercover drug task force officers allegedly purchased cocaine from two men. When Escobar and Valdez allegedly delivered approximately one ounce of cocaine to the undercover officers, the Kosciusko County Drug Task Force moved in and arrested them.
The incident remains under investigation, and more arrests are possible in the future.
