2 Injured In Devil’s Backbone CrashTwo people were injured with non-life-threatening injuries in a two-vehicle accident Wednesday on Devil’s Backbone.
The collision occurred at 2:06 p.m. on Ind. 25, south of CR 250S, in Wayne Township, according to a news release from the Kosciusko County Sheriff’s Office.
Juan Nunez, 65, of Warsaw, was traveling south in a white 2007 Chevrolet HHR on Ind. 25, south of CR 250S, prior to the accident. He lost control of his vehicle and collided with a northbound gray 2010 GMC Sierra, driven by Bernard Senn, 58, of New Paris.
Both drivers were taken by EMS to area hospitals, the release states.
Along with KCSO, responding agencies included the Mentone Police Department, Mentone EMS, Lutheran EMS and the Warsaw-Wayne Fire Territory.
