ETNA GREEN - Two people are in jail after they were reportedly caught selling methamphetamine Tuesday afternoon.
John Thomas Geberin, 41, and Leann Janelle Laughlin, 42, both of 501 E. High St., Etna Green, were arrested and booked into to Kosciusko County Jail for dealing methamphetamine around 3 p.m. Tuesday. Each is being held on $10,000 bond.
According to the Kosciusko Coutny Sheriff's Department, the Kosciusko County Drug Task Force received an anonymous tip about possible drug activity and constant production of methamphetamine at a place near the intersection of CRs 600W and 100N.
After receiving the tip, Drug Task Force officers set up surveillance on an abandoned shed at the location. They reportedly saw two people begin the production stages of a methamphetamine lab.
Kosciusko County Drug Task Force officers were assisted by officers from the Warsaw Police Department and the Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department.
