An incident at a Warsaw bar early Sunday morning led to the arrest of two adults and the detainment of a juvenile.

Around 2:26 a.m. Sunday, the Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department received a call about a male subject threatening people with a knife at Barbee Landing.

According to a report from the Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department, Kelly Miller, 45, of EMS B 64 Lane, Warsaw, reportedly had been banned from the Barbee Landing but returned and stood outside by a bridge near the business. After an employee of the bar told Miller to leave, Miller allegedly went toward a customer, later identified as David Harris, who then pushed Miller back.

Then Miller's son, Jesse Miller, 17, allegedly went running toward the group of customers with two knives is his hands while making threats.

After the incident, the Millers reportedly returned to their residence where they were found by police. The Millers reportedly were sitting outside near a campfire when officers arrived.

When officers arrived at the home, they reportedly ordered the men to raise their hands, and Jesse Miller had a knife, which he threw near the campfire at one officer's request.

Kelly Miller reportedly told officers he had been at the bridge by Barbee Landing, and that a man pushed him. Jesse Miller reportedly told police several times that he was trying to protect his father.

Kelly Miller was arrested and booked into the Kosciusko County Jail for disorderly conduct. His bond was set at $350.

Jesse Miller was taken to Pierceton Woods Detention Center.

Officers forwarded information about the incident to the Kosciusko County Prosecutor's Office, and told Harris that charges would be filed against him as well.
