The 1940 Census is now available for public inspection.
The U.S. Census Bureau and National Archives and Records Administration did a job coordinating closely for many months to prepare for and ensure access to the 1940 census population schedules.
There will be a class showing how to access this newly released 1940 census data June 20 at 2 p.m. and 6 p.m. at Warsaw Community Public Library. Class size is limited so call WCPL at 574-267-6011 or visit www.warsawlibrary.org to register.
