Heavy snow and extremely high winds rolling through Kosciusko County have caused power outages for roughly 1,700 Kosciusko REMC members earlier today. Currently, all members should be restored except under 100 locations. A majority of the county may be experiencing power blinks due to tree limbs coming in contact with lines.
