16 File For Election As Of Friday A.M.A number of county and township candidates have filed this week for the May primary.
Candidate filing began Wednesday and runs until noon Feb. 4.
Here are the candidates who have filed with the Kosciusko County Clerk of the Superior and Circuit Courts Office as of Friday morning:
• Robert M. “Bob” Conley, Warsaw, Republican, southern district commissioner, incumbent.
• Rhonda J. Helser, Warsaw, Republican, county auditor.
• Chasity Sandy, Warsaw, Republican, county auditor.
• Deborah “Deb” Wright, Warsaw, Republican, county recorder.
• Gail Chapman, Warsaw, Republican, county assessor.
• James M. “Jim” Smith, Warsaw, Republican, county sheriff.
• Scott Clay, Warsaw, Republican, Kosciusko County Council District 3.
• Kathleen Lokotar, Silver Lake, Republican, Lake Township Board, incumbent.
• Joe R. Mooney, Etna Green, Republican, Etna Township Board, incumbent.
• Tracy L. Moyer, Atwood, Republican, Harrison Township trustee, incumbent.
• Aime Hoffman, Claypool, Republican, Seward Township trustee, incumbent.
• Greg Anderson, Leesburg, Republican, Plain Township Board.
• Mark Lawson, Leesburg, Republican, Tippecanoe Township Board.
• Jon Engelhaupt, Warsaw, Republican, Monroe Township trustee.
