I'm on the outside looking in. I don't live in Warsaw and as usual things might not be any of my business. I'm merely pointing out what is wrong with politicians and those who get to spend other peoples' money.

Why in the world would anyone spend $15,000 to investigate whether a building is worthy or not of being a new city hall? A better question would be: Why in the world with the economy the way it is would you even consider the expenses of moving to a new city hall? Have you noticed the unemployment and budget shortfalls? I forgot about new schools being built, closing of schools that actually worked ignoring signs of the weakening economy.

That's about all I have to write, but if I were some of you in Warsaw I'd be thinking of moving cause all that spending is gonna jump up and bite you somewhere. Never mind, with the economy in such shape you might be stuck and never be able to sell your house anyway.
