MILFORD - High water appears to have played a factor in the death of a Warsaw woman in a two-car collision Sunday night near Milford.
Kosciusko County Sheriff's Department responded to a call of a two-car collision on Ind. 15N, between CRs 900 and 1000N around 9:36 p.m. Sunday night. When police arrived they found a bronze Chrysler, driven by Margaret Seitner, 63, of Warsaw, and a green Honda CRV, driven by Roll Neeley, 62, Warsaw.
