•11:31 p.m. Monday – Jose Munoz, 37, of 305 Heide Lane, Milford, arrested for failure to appear. Bond: $5,000.
Noon Monday – Gregory Matthew Fuzi, 35, of 302 Donna St., Leesburg, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
•12:40 p.m. Monday – Adam Michael Karr, 20, of 920 Anchorage Road, #79, Warsaw, arrested for three counts of failure to appear. Bond: $1,336.99.
•1:19 p.m. Monday – Jacqueline Renee Smith, 36, of 101 Warner Drive, Claypool, arrested for driving while suspended. Bond: $400.
•1:51 p.m. Monday – Christopher Wayne Burnworth, 36, of 8280 E. U.S. 30 #29A, Pierceton, arrested for battery causing a severe injury. Bond: $10,250.
•5:20 p.m. Monday – Timothy Patrick Frye, 63, of 1089 Shagbark Drive, Warsaw, arrested for battery. Bond: $600.
•7:06 p.m. Monday – Nicholas Dee Dials, 32, of 3216 S. Oak Street, Warsaw, arrested for two counts to failure to return to lawfull detention. Bond: $5,250.
•12:03 a.m. Monday – Buddy Allan Greer, 39, of 413 Ulrich Drive, Milford, arrested for invasion of privacy. Bond: $1,500.
•2:25 a.m. Monday – Joseph Randall Thompson, 32, of 10496 N. Green Avenue, Syracuse, arrested for failure to appear. No bond set.
