I know that the Times-Union gets most of their world news from AP, so I would assume the Times-Union won't be reporting AP stories anymore that are actual news but just AP opinion pieces. SYRACUSE - Syracuse Town Council members skated through the agenda Tuesday night, even while holding two public hearings.
Two council members were not present, but the council did have a quorum.
With a combined 30 wins between them, the Triton and Rochester boys basketball teams treated fans to an incredibly exciting contest on Tuesday night. Shaking off a slow start, the Trojans took their first lead in the second quarter and were able to control the game from there, escaping enemy territory with a 60-52 win.
WINONA LAKE – Winona Lake Town Council approved the vacation of a right-of-way adjacent to the southwest corner of Oakwood Avenue and Union Drive Tuesday.
