Tigers Clinch NLC Outright With Rout Of Plymouth
After having a long winning streak snapped at Marion on Tuesday night, the Warsaw boys basketball team returned to action Friday night with plenty of reason to get back on track. Taking on their rival Plymouth in their building, a win for the Tigers here would clinch the Northern Lakes Conference title outright. That’s exactly what happened, as Warsaw started strong and never wavered on its way to a 70-40 victory.

Warsaw Girls Meet Washington In Top-Five Regional Clash
Exactly a week after finally getting over the hump and defeating Northridge for the school’s first girls basketball sectional title in nine years, Warsaw will have another difficult task to deal with. In the regional round, the Lady Tigers will head west to LaPorte High School for a top-five showdown with South Bend Washington with a spot in the Semi-State round on the line.

Lancers Get First Win, Split With Yellowjackets
Grace’s baseball team picked up its first victory of the season with a 7-2 win over Defiance on Thursday evening. The Lancers split the first doubleheader of the series, falling 9-1 in the nightcap.
